1. Will the magnet hold with a full bottle? It’s designed to hold on metal surfaces while loaded. For the best grip, attach it to a smooth, clean metal surface.
2. Does it work on any equipment? On any metal surface, like racks, bars and many machines. It won’t stick to plastic or wood. In those cases, use the strap.
3. Will the magnet damage my phone or cards? Magnets can affect magnetic-stripe cards. Keep cards in the inner compartment, away from the magnet. Modern phones are generally unaffected.
4. Will my bottle fit? It fits most bottles and tumblers, roughly 20 oz to 46 oz.
5. Can it handle sweat and rain? Yes. The material is splash- and stain-resistant. Just wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
6. What if I don’t like it? You’re covered by our guarantee. If it’s not what you expected, just contact our support team.
